American Truck School, LLC offers two Tractor/Trailer Operator programs that result in a California Class A license and a new career in the Truck Driving profession. We use late model conventional tractors and long trailers. Students will learn on a variety of road types from mountain roads to city and freeway traffic.

American Truck School, LLC instructors are required to have a minumum of two years over the road experience. Each instructor has a California State Certification for Truck Driver Instruction, and all instructors meet driving record standards set for students and instructors.


Mike Eslick
Mike has over 8 years of trucking and warehousing experience. He is also an OTR driver trainer for American Truck School's Trucking Division. Mike has an AA in Automotive Diesel Technology, specializing in heavy commercial vehicles.

Scott Crotte
Scott has many years of experience training individuals in both the military and civilian settings. He has on the job trucking and warehousing experience as well.


Chris Gaiser
Chris has many years' experience in the trucking industry. He is the lead instructor at our Fortuna Campus.
